This document describes the curent installation and provides guidelines for the maintenance and use of the Electronic CAD (ECAD) Tools for Digital Circuit and System Design of the University of Crete (Computer Science Department) with the collaboration of the Computer Architecture and VLSI Systems (CARV) Lab of ICS-FORTH. Most of these tools are licensed by their owners (Synopsys, Cadence, Avant!, etc) to the University of Crete via Europractice, and can only be used for non-commercial, Academic Education, Training, and Research purposes. Several libraries contain confidential information that canNOT be disclosed to anyone other than their approved users (and certainly NOT published).
